The following provides an outline of our basic conditions of entry. The purpose of these guidelines is to ensure all our children and adults feel comfortable and safe while enjoying our premises.
Important: Please do not visit any Playland & Cafe if you or your child has experienced vomiting or diarrhea in the last 48 – 72 hours.
Play Room Rules
- Tickets are non-refundable after purchase.
- The half-hour rule is not applicable in the play zone.
- Socks are mandatory for both kids & adults to enter the play area.
- Please do not leave your child unattended in the play area, if you choose to do so, kindly sign the waiver form.
- For everyone’s safety, no pushing, running or kicking is allowed during play.
- Please ensure no sharp or loose objects are carried in pockets.
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen belongings.
- Outside food or drinks are not permitted.
- Kindly report any injuries or unsafe activities to our staff immediately.
